I answered the questions for the Manitoba Carbon tax credit and it showed we are eligible for $297 but it does not change the refund amount?

The Carbon Tax credit shows up immediately as a refund when you start your return once you enter the province you are in. So it doesn't change the refund at the end, since it was already entered.
