Account Recovery Request will not take my submission as both old and new e-mail addresses are same, help?
If it's your phone number only you need to update,
Be sure to check the box near the bottom of the list to indicate it's only your phone number you'd like changed.
For the "new email address," you can input anything as it won't be affected. I recommend phonenumberchange@gmail.com
