    We received our Turbo Tax codes March 18th but CRA states that they have not received them. How do we find out about this?

    We received our Turbo Tax codes March 18th but CRA states that they have not received them. How do we find out about this?

    If you received a NETFILE confirmation number, your income tax return was successfully transmitted to the Canada Revenue Agency.  If it's more than 4 weeks, please have the CRA run a trace.
