Does not calculate capital gains properly on mutual funds sales, showing as 100% gain?

The report I received from the bank had the ACB as the cost per share.  I entered this but it did not calculate the capital gains.  I entered the book value from the report and the calculation was done correctly.   The software is not clear enough on how and where to enter the information for capital gains.  I actually ended up with it in 2 places.  Once I removed the second set of info the capital gains calculated properly and balanced to the bank report.
