Where do I input other school expenses ie: TB Skin Test for Health Care?

I went to university and as one of the pre-requisites I had to have a TB Skin test done and had to pay for it out of pocket. Where can I submit the amount on my taxes?

Tests can only be claimed as medical expenses if you have a prescription for them, and you can’t claim them as tuition or other educational expense.
