How do you transfer a Quebec refund to your spouse's Quebec taxes owed in TurboTax? These are lines 476 and 477 of the Qc return, and TurboTax keeps leaving them blank.

To transfer your Québec refund to reduce your spouse Québec tax owing in TurboTax OnLine :

• click Find --> type Refund --> click Accelerated refund / Refund transfer to your spouse --> click Go

• Choose the spouse who wants to transfer --> click Continue
• Choose No to question Do you want to claim the accelerated refund?
• Choose Yes to question Do you want to transfer a portion of your refund to bring your spouse's balance due to nil? or Enter the maximum amount you want to transfer -->click Continue

If you transfer an amount to your spouse:

• This amount cannot be greater than the amount on line 475 of his return
• You will not be able to cancel the transfer or reduce the amount transferred to the spouse
• You can not claim early repayment for the remaining amount
• Revenu Québec could reduce the amount of your refund (line 474) to pay a debt to the State and change the amount of the transfer if necessary.
