    The "Download TurboTax" link for the Premium version I just bought does not work. Please give me your best advice or a phone number where I can talk to a real person!!

    You can download TurboTax Premier CD/download 2018 from here: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax-software/download-skus/turbotax-2018.jsp . It may help if you right click the link and choose “Save As”, and then save the download file to your desktop. If you are still unable to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support as they will be better able to assist you: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3152013
