Can I claim Provincial tuition carryover amounts from a different province?

I went to university in Toronto, Ontario and Vancouver, British Columbia and graduated in May 2016. According to my CRA carryover amounts, I have avaible carryover federally and provincially. I am currently living in Montreal, Quebec and am not sure how to claim for the Provincial carryover. The amount isn't on my Notice of Assessment from Revenu Quebec. How do I know how much to claim provincially?

You can claim a provincial carry forward amount. Use the tuition amounts shown on your prior year T2202A, as long as they don't exceed the carried forward amount shown on your notice of assessment. In Quebec, the education and textbook amounts from previous years can't be used for the provincial tax credit.
