My wife and I reported sale of our primary Residence,She is also bare trustee with no financial gain with mothers primary residence which sold in 2018 How to report this?

You would report the sale of her mother’s primary residence on her mother’s return (T1 or T3). If your wife had no income or gain or loss from the sale, and it wasn’t her primary residence, then she doesn’t need to put it on her own return.
