How do I remove professional income mistakenly put in return. I tried going back to profile but the amount still shows up on the income summary

Could it be a T4A that the income is considered Self-Employed income for CRA?

If so, you have to fill a T2125 for this income, if you have no business name you use your personal name and address. You will also need an industry code that you can get from : http://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p3VD.pl?Function=getVD&TVD=1181553
