I need to input the T2C Saskatchewan Tax Incentives

I have a T2C Sask form to submit and can't find where to input it. 

Also there is a question for Employer's contribution to PPRP, where do I find this information

Income tab > Tslips > T5006, you will see the entry for the T2C Sask there.

Under the RRSP tab > Pooled Registered Pension Plan to enter your PRPP amount.
