Can i use money contributed to an rrsp that i no longer contribute to but i contribute to a different rrsp now?

was contributing to bank for rrsp but stopped and contribute somewhere else now but I still have rrsp money sitting in my bank that does not come up on my rrsp amount.Does that mean its  a plan not registered now and I can enter it into on my hbp?

You cannot do that. All registered accounts stay registered.

You could withdraw money from your bank rrsp, but this would be treated as income and taxed.
