This return is not eligible for NETFILE. My income tax is straight forward, I checked exclusion list none apply to me.

the only thing added to my return this year was i sold my principle residence. I put the info in where needed, its not really that straight forward but other than that i dont know what else would trigger that message.

If you still feel that you are eligible, please go through the My Info part of the review again and make sure all the questions are answered, and that they are answered correctly. Ex: On the Contact Info page, make sure you have answered NO to the question “Is your mailing address outside Canada?”.

Also, if you didn’t do so before, go through the Review before using NETFILE.
