You can check if you received the CAI by looking at line 449 of the T1 General for you and your spouse (if you have one). You can do this in TurboTax Online, by looking at the detailed summary, or by downloading or printing a copy of the return.

If you didn’t receive the credit when you filed, then you can use REFILE or the CRA’s My Account to adjust the return: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647992
