Hi I filed - on april 19th payment cam eout of my account - cra didnt recieve my file and i had to pay again last night. please help

If you didn't get a NETFILE confirmation number, then your return was not successfully filed.
Here is how to find out if your return was filed using NETFILE and received by the CRA: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2864697
