I was occasionally employed, and I had other employment income, that I did not receive any T-4 slip. How do I claim federal income tax, CPP, EI and provincial tax?

If you had any payroll deductions (for CPP, income tax and/or EI), that information must be listed on a T4. Contact the employer to obtain a copy of the slip or, if you are a CRA My Account holder, check that portal to see if a T4 was added for you.

If you had other employment income that did not have any source deductions, enter those amounts in the Other Employment Income section of your return. You can locate this section using the Find button. Click the Find button in the upper right to search/select "Tips, Gratuities and Other Employment Income".
