They never received my income tax yet

I checked my status of my income tax file and it says they never received it yet.

If you received a NETFILE confirmation number, you can rest assured that your income tax return was successfully transmitted to the Canada Revenue Agency.  Please see the following FAQ for instructions on how to NETFILE when using TurboTax Online.
