Northern Residency - Prince Rupert BC

I cant figure out if I qualify or not

CRA lists Rupert, BC as a Northern Zone A.
I live in PRINCE RUPERT, and have never heard of a "Rupert" BC.

A friend of mine told me we do live in a zone A, but I'm skeptical about filing for it, since the site only says Rupert BC, and the city of Port Edward thats literally 5 minutes out of town is not listed, nor is Terrace BC, which is the next town over. However, The Charlottes are listed as Northern A, and they are just a short ferry/boat ride out of Prince Rupert.

I'm confused, can anyone clarify this for me and confirm if PRINCE RUPERT is a northern zone or not. This is a difference of over $1000 on my return.

Northern Residency - Prince Rupert BC

Rupert is a tiny locality in Northern BC, and does qualify. Prince Rupert, unfortunately, doesn't. Haida Gwaii probably qualifies because it is an island community.
