I am not getting refunds I was supposed to

I filed my taxes thru Turbo Tax for the first time this year and had all my information carried forward thru CRA and MRQ; I have not received my GST refund nor my Quebec Child Assistance payment for the month of July (paid on the 3rd). Why is this?

First, confirm that you filed your federal and Québec returns by signing back into your TurboTax account. You'll know you've filed when you find your NETFILE confirmation number: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3227955

If you haven't filed, follow the steps until you get a NETFILE confirmation number and a confirmation number for your Québec return.

This did NOT answer my question: I received my notice of asssessment, my returns were accepted but I am not getting my GST credit

The CRA automatically determines your eligibility for the GST credit based on your income and other factors. There's nothing specific you can or need to do on your tax return to apply for the credit.
