I do my taxes online with Turbo taxes EVERY year..today I am having a terrible time logging on....help!

I have spent half of this day trying to log onto Turbo Taxes as I have done for several years but, today, I  just CANNOT et through the maze of rejected passwords, etc., etc. Help! You have all of my info from previous years.....why is it so difficult?

Try using your full email address to login instead of your user ID.  If the problem persists, please let us know and we will help you sort out the issue.
