You usually find the same amount in your T4A(P) box 14 and RL2 box C.  If you think there was an error on your paper slip you should contact the issuer or Revenu Québec.

Box C of T4AP-REL2 copies box C of T4RSP-REL2. Therefore I cannot enter the right number on my T4AP-REL2 box C. T4AP and T4RSP should be independent.

Box C of T4A(P) RL2 copies any of the Boxes 14-19 of your T4A(P). So, if you have a zero amount in Box 14 T4A(P) but  you have an amount in Box 15 then you should be able to fill T4A(P) RL2 Box C

Box C of T4RSP RL2 copies Box 22 of your T4RSP which is independent of your T4A(P)

The problem has not been resolved. I started a 3rd return and attempted to manually input the Releve 2 for my T4AP without success. I am very disappointed, have wasted a great deal of time on this.
