Do you mean the on-line version of Turbotax? You need a login ID for that.

If you are using TurboTax Online and are not able to get into your account:

- Go to the sign in page: https://ww1.2018.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/

- Click on "I forgot my user ID or password", then put in whatever info you remember, or click "Try something else" if you don't remember any of your user info.
