What should I do if I receive an email from the CRA saying they didn't receive my NETFILE submission?

If you receive an email or a phone call from the CRA saying you haven't filed your return, it could be a scam. Review the CRA's tips for recognizing a scam.

To check the status of your return and make sure you submitted it, sign in to CRA My Account.
