Which form should I use for tax on split income?

To calculate your federal tax on split income (TOSI), you’ll fill out Form T1206. You should complete this form if either of the following conditions apply to you:
- You lived in Canada on December 31 (if you were under 18, one of your parents must have also lived in Canada during the year), or
- You claimed a reserve on Line C of the previous year’s Form T1206
