What should I do if I get a TurboTax activation error?

If you get a warning that you've exceeded your activation limit or a similar message in TurboTax Desktop, contact Customer Support. A TurboTax specialist will help you activate or reactivate your account.

Please have your licence code ready.

You can install and activate the same copy of TurboTax on a maximum of three computers using the same licence code.
