How do I submit a claim under the TurboTax Live - Full Service 100% Guarantee?

In plain English, if you pay a CRA penalty or interest because of a TurboTax Full Service error, we'll pay you for both the penalty and interest.
Before you submit your claim, make sure that:
- You received an assessment or re-assessment notice from the CRA regarding a tax return that shows the penalties/interest you owe.
- Your contact information is current.
- CRA audit review letters have been responded to with appropriate documentation and your tax return has been amended, either by yourself or with assistance from our Audit Defence team.
