How do I delete info I've entered into TurboTax CD/Download?

To delete information in your TurboTax CD/Download return, follow the applicable steps below based on your viewing mode:

Use the navigation menu or the Find feature to jump to the part of the interview where you entered the information you want to delete.

For example, to delete a T4-slip:

  1. From the navigation menu, select INCOME & EXPENSES, then T-slips
  2. Under T-slips, select T4 Employment income
  3. On the Summary step, select Delete next to the slip you want to delete
  4. When prompted to confirm the deletion, select Yes
  1. If you’re using the EasyStep interview method, select Forms from the menu
  2. In Forms mode, select Forms from the menu. The Form Lookup window opens
  3. In the Form Lookup window, enter the name of the slip, form, or receipt you want to delete
  4. In the Forms list, select the form you wish to delete, then select OK. The form you selected opens
  5. From the toolbar, select Edit, then Forms, then Clear Current Form
  6. When prompted to confirm, select Yes to clear the form. The form remains on your screen until you perform the final step
  7. From the toolbar, select Edit, then Forms, then Close Unused Forms
