TurboTax 2025 Online Exchange: Terms and Conditions

This offer is limited to holders of a valid TurboTax Desktop 2025 license, excluding TurboTax Business Incorporated Edition and TurboTax 20 products. Eligible customers may elect to exchange their TurboTax Desktop license for an equivalent TurboTax Online license containing the same number of paid filings as the original SKU.

Be advised that as part of this offer, TurboTax Online doesn't support free filing for incomes under $25,000 CAD; consequently, every return filed via the TurboTax Online platform counts toward your license limit regardless of income level. The TurboTax Desktop provision allowing for up to 20 total returns (inclusive of paid and free) doesn't apply to the TurboTax Online product.

To use this offer, the customer must explicitly accept the exchange during the TurboTax Desktop 2025 license activation process. Failure to accept the offer at the time of presentation results in the permanent forfeiture of the offer for Tax Year 2025. Upon acceptance, the customer’s TurboTax Desktop license will be deactivated and rendered unusable. A refund requested for either the TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online product will result in the immediate termination of access to both licenses.

This offer excludes upgrades, add-ons, and the purchase of additional returns, and it may not be combined with any other promotional offers. The offer must be claimed by April 30, 2026. While the exchange must be completed by this deadline, there's no requirement for the customer to file their returns before this date.

Intuit reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time for any reason in its sole discretion.
