To start a new return in the CD/download edition of TurboTax, follow these instructions:
- Open TurboTax CD/Download
- Select File from the menu
- Select New from the dropdown menu that appears
- On the Select Your Method of Preparation screen, select EasyStep or Forms method, then select Get Started
