How do I return or repay the CERB?

If you still have the original CERB cheque, mail it to:

Revenue Processing – Repayment of CERB
Sudbury Tax Centre

Sudbury ON P3A 0C3

Include the reason for returning the cheque, plus your Social Insurance Number (SIN) or Temporary Tax Number (TTN).

If you received the payment by direct deposit or don't have the original CERB cheque, you can repay in one of three ways:

• Via your CRA My Account
• Via your financial institution using the instructions found on the CRA's Return or repay a payment page
• By cheque or money order using the instructions found on the CRA's Return or repay a payment page

If you still have the original CERB cheque, mail it to:

If you don't have the original CERB cheque, you can repay via online banking or by mail using the instructions found on the CRA's Return or repay the CERB page.
