How do I get a refund for a TurboTax product?

You can request a refund for your TurboTax product within 60 days of the original purchase date. Fill out and submit the form below.

If you bought TurboTax from our website, you'll find your order number in the email you received after purchase.

If you bought TurboTax through a retailer, you'll find your order number and licence code in your email (for online orders) or on the product box (if you received one).

If additional information is needed and can't be found on your receipt, a TurboTax representative will contact you.
