When our joint return was complete, I saved it., then filed both. When I then exited the TurboTax app (TurboTax Standard, which apparently is not a choice on the select product/edition dropdown menu) on my PC, I was prompted to save but didn't, because I didn't think anything had changed (wrong).
Then we received another small, unexpected T4 (gov't related, 🙄). So I opened TT, clicked on "Change a Filed Return," and selected the related .tt19 file. It wouldn't allow me to because
Even though I have already Netfiled it. So I get that this error came up because I didn't save after Netfiling. The question is, how can I work around this to amend my filed return with TurboTax (which I have used for years)? Or do I have to go through the CRA hoops to change it, without using TurboTax?
I filed both my husband's and mine with turbotax but apparently when I forwarded to Netfile his did not go through. Do I have to refile for him all over again?
Please follow the instructions in the link to check if you have a Netfile confirmation number or if you need to Netfile the returns:

Hello Heba,
I have the same problem this year.
I do have confirmations for my and my wife's return, but the software does not think the returns were filed because I did not save after netfile.
So is there a workaround in the software so that the software can consider the returns were filed? so that I can use the "change a filed return" to amend my 2020 return in Canada?
Thanks
