Do you think you can help me change it or what do I do? Because I don’t live in Oregon and there’s no way I can change or delete it.

To change your mailing address in TurboTax CD/Download EasyStep Mode, select Contact Info from under Introduction on the left side menu.

To change your mailing address in TurboTax CD/Download Forms Mode, you can do this on the top of the T1 General page in the Identification section.

You must notify the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) regarding the change of mailing address before you NETFILE your return. Here are some suggestions on how to change your address:

• Online: use My Account service on CRA's website. In My Account, select Change my address. 
• Mail or fax: send the address change request to your tax centre along with a completed Form RC325, Address change request.
• Phone: call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281.
