If I am separated from my husband how should I file my taxes this year? I would like it to transfer my info from last years taxes but I filed both of us together?

Eventhough you are separated the CRA still requires certain information from you, please follow directives given below to assist you in filing your tax return this year. As for the transfer of information from last year, you can still start a new return and choose to not file together.
