CMA is defined as the census metropolitan area. For tax purposes, residents of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario whose primary residence is outside a CMA, will qualify for the supplement for residents of small and rural communities.

Please visit Find out if you qualify for the supplement for residents of small and rural communities, to find the CMA municipalities in Ontario and what are the steps to see if you qualify for the supplement for residents of small and rural communities.
