You have failed to file my 2018 tax return after I used your Premier Service. Can you make sure it gets done now?

The only time we would submit your return for you is when you use our full service product – when we do your taxes for you. Otherwise it’s up to you to file your return. If the return doesn’t go through successfully, there is usually some kind of error message, which we can help you with, if you aren’t sure how to fix it.
