Can I claim child support payments paid to a Non-resident of Canada? CRA website says I can under "payments to or from a non-resident". CRA removed it from my return.

Please Note that CRA no longer includes child support payments as income or deduction.

If the receipant is a non-resident it still isn't deductable?
