How do I get the system to recognize that I have no medical expenses. It's telling me to upgrade but I have no medical expenses?

I have no medical expenses but they want me to upgrade because system thinks I have medical expenses.

You may have medical expenses reported on a T-Slip or carried forward from a previous year.
