In the standard online Turbo Tax for 2020, click on 2020 tax return, go to other "Deduction" on the left-hand side below the tax return, and then click on "Miscellaneous Deduction", you will see a list of deductions heading to choose from. You should enter the legal fee under "Miscellaneous Deduction".
