Why can I not claim my Child Care Receipt - it is asking for my Child Care Providers SIN & I am entering it in correctly & it will not save my Child Care Receipt?

When you enter the SIN number please be sure that you use numbers only, then enter the amount paid. If this doesn't work please try using all zeros for the SIN number and if it works then the SIN number may be wrong. Please check with your child care provider to be sure the SIN is correct. If you have and are still having issues please contact our phone support team so that they can view your screen to see what the issue might be.
