I have the same issue, I used the auto-fill. When I submit I get the same error. If I look at the preview PDF it shows the correct entries. Is this still an issue on your side ? When can I expect it fixed ? this is the second issue after not being able to fill my taxes in regards to the T3/T5 issue we had earlier. This is unacceptable.

Please try this:

Review your T4 slip:

If box 10 indicates Quebec as the province of employment: Verify that boxes 16 and 16A are empty.

If box 10 indicates a province other than Quebec: Verify that boxes 17 and 17A are empty.

@TurboTaxAniqua  tells me its an issue known and getting resolve but you, @TurboTaxSusan , tell me to fix the boxes which I didn't fill, I used the auto-fill and made sure it matched the produced T4. I still have the same error as before. I filed Ontario but living in Quebec. 17 and 17A are empty for me, however box 26 contains an amount for pensionnable le earning for the CPP.

Which is it ? An issue getting resolved ? Or you did not figure what the issue is ? This is becoming urgent.

@anniegagnon1393 For Error # 95033 please try these steps: Review T4 slip:

  1. If box 10 indicates Quebec as the province of employment: Verify that boxes 16 and 16A are empty.
  2. If box 10 indicates a province other than Quebec: Verify that boxes 17 and 17A are empty.

Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

@TurboTaxAniqua

Hi i have verified that my T4 , has a Box 16 not empty , but the 16 A is empty , i have even tried different combinations , either empty or not empty :  it still gives the same error codes and i am unable to Netfile , it is not working ,

error codes always and i was locked for the second time to Netfile from the CRA after 5 attempts , it is a coding error

I just got off the phone with Turbo Tax technical support. They do a screen share. What happened is that I had a RL1 (releve 1) for Quebec but an empty T4 from the same employer. Doing the addition in one RL1/T4 instead of 2 fixed it. Apparently its a bug that creates that issue. If you have the same employer and have two T4, only do one, it should resolve the issue. If not contact them and they will walk through the issue with you.

@firo30 That error Code is from CRA. We are waiting for a fix. After 5, attempts, your account will get locked. You might have to Print & Mail your return to CRA.

So, to be clear (this after spending an hour with two techs at TurboTax), the best advice from TurboTax is to print and mail the return? If so, is there some reason your agents are not providing this advice directly via the Help service?
