Yes. Canada Pension Plan (CPP) is a retirement benefit that you receive as monthly payments. You should have received a T4A(P) for this income.
To enter a T4A(P) in TurboTax Online, from the left side menu by select "Income" then "T-slips" then "T4A(P) for Canada Pension".

Line 15 on Form T777S is your employment income from box 14 of your T4.
Did you say “Yes” to the question “Will you claim employment expenses for working at home due to COVID-19 for income on this T4?” on your T4?
If not, please click on Find (magnifying glass) in the top right-hand corner. Type "T4" in the box, then select "T4 Employment Income" from the list and click “Go”.
Click “Edit” next to the T4 that you want to change. You will find the question “Will you claim employment expenses for working at home due to COVID-19 for income on this T4?” at the bottom of the page. Select “Yes”, then click “Save and Continue” to save your changes.

The medical expense tax credit is a non-refundable tax credit that you can use to reduce the tax that you paid or may have to pay. It can’t be used to generate or increase a refund. So, if you don’t have any taxes payable, adding more expenses will not change your refund.
Medical expenses can be claimed in a 12-month period with the final month ending in the tax year you are filing. So, you may be able to claim your unused expenses next year, if you can’t use them this year.
