I can’t get net file to work it says I have five try’s is that in one session or can I try at different times upto5 times

When is net file going to reopen

NetFile is opened.
We will need more information and the code you receive when trying to NetFile. 
If you try  5 times and are not successful, you will be locked out and will need to contact CRA.
