Is anyone else getting a message from CRA saying there are errors and can't file via netfile and if there are no errors to contact software provider.

Sorry to see you are having a NETFILE problem. Please review our TurboTax FAQ link below to verify if you are meeting any of these reasons that would block the NETFILE availability. Why am I not eligible to file my tax return using NETFILE? Note the list of restrictions included in the link.

 

If further help is required with this situation, we believe your best option is to contact our telephone support team for further assistance, as they have the option to view your screen to help resolve the issue. To contact us please follow this link: Contact Us form. Once you go through the steps and complete the form, the phone number to speak to a TurboTax agent will appear on the page. If the agent cannot resolve your issue please make sure you tell them you want to escalate the issue to a higher level.

I am getting an error saying federal forms are not finalized yet and asked to update my SW. However, everything is up to date. I can file the QC tax.

Yes, I am unable to complete netfile saying that there are invalid data or mandatory info are missing, but there are no error code. I checked my profile info several times but could not see anything missing or address invalid.

I printed the return and checked the data, they all look ok. Any ideas?

@dragonboat123 Is this your first time filing a return to the CRA? If so, you'll need to print and mail your return.
