- Hello All, This is my first time using TurboTax. Generally I’ve paid an accountant to handle my taxes however I wanted to give it a go.
I called TurboTax support which was a horrible waste of time. The service rep was unable to answer a very simple question.
All I wanted to know was have my taxes been submitted? If you’re unable to tell me right away, How can I find out?
Here is what I see. At the time I didn’t know what NetFile was. I do not have a confirmation number, It’s been 7 weeks since I paid this company money and I haven’t heard anything from either parties.
Were my taxes filed? Does “ Printed to File “ mean I was supposed to print and file on my own? I’m so confused.. This interface is terrible.
