We are sorry you are experiencing this problem. You should only use numbers to type birthdates - no special characters or spaces allowed. The format should be DD/MM/YYYY and there should be 8 numbers. You would type: 25031992 if your birthday is March 25, 1992
Before retyping, it might be a good idea to select all the text in each box and remove it before retyping.
