That reject code is referring to the CA Middle Class Tax Refund. There was an issue with filing this form, but it was resolved in a recent update. Please try the following:
TurboTax Online:
- Log into your account.
- Select check my return.
- Select Federal from the left menu.
- Select Federal Review.
- Answer the question regarding CA Middle Class Tax Refund.
- File your return.
TurboTax CD/Download:
- Open TurboTax
- Select Open your return
- Select Federal Taxes from the top navigation menu.
- Select Federal Review.
- Answer the question regarding CA Middle Class Tax Refund
- File your return.
