It is likely that, in order for you to replicate the bug I experienced, you either have to accept the fact that Turbotax' posted workaround instructions online are sufficient evidence that more than a few users encountered the problem, or you, using Turbotax Deluxe Federal & State, have to replicate all of the tax return information I entered leading up to the bug in question.
I accept the fact that your tax information differs from mine, and as such, you may not have encountered the bug. I did. If you can't accept that, so be it.
While I'm glad Turbotax posted the workaround, I'm not a happy camper that they were unable to fix the software by April 12. In my experience as a user, this was the first time something like this has happened to me using Turbotax, and I've used it since 1989. Again, if you can't accept that, so be it.
