-my understanding when i filed was that the taxes due to the state of VA would be debt from the account that was on file. due today and not debited yet.

when both fed and state taxes were filed electronically turbo tax stated that i could not send in the payment - had to be done electronic had to be debited from my checking account. did i misunderstand?  it was supposed to be debited today since it is due today
