Are Capital Gains on US Treasury Notes Taxable for Michigan Taxes?

Are capital gains on US Treasury Notes taxable in Michigan? If not how do you subract it on Sch 1? I tried to adjust it in the captial gains section which seemed to imply it needed to be adjusted but it did not change the taxable amount.
